Widow of Vladimir Vysotsky Marina Vlady won the court
�“Espress newspapers”, which published an article entitled: “Andrey
Sokolov almost burned during sex with Marina Vlady. ”
Vlady’s lawyers stated that such a text discredits
actress, insulting her honor and dignity.
The court only partially satisfied the actress’s claim, obliging the publication
pay Vladi 1 million rubles in moral compensation
damage, as well as publish a refutation of the scandalous article.
