When nutritionists talk about eating low-calorie eggs and

Breakfast: Grapefruit, 2 eggs, black coffee.

Second breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 tomato, herbal tea

Lunch: 2 eggs, vinaigrette without oil, grapefruit, herbal tea

Second day

Breakfast: Grapefruit, 2 eggs, black coffee.

Second breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 grapefruit

Lunch: Lean meat, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, celery

The third day

Breakfast: Grapefruit, 2 eggs, black coffee.

Second breakfast: 2 eggs, spinach, tea

Lunch: 2 eggs, cottage cheese, cabbage, beet, herbal tea

Fourth day

Breakfast: Grapefruit, 2 eggs, black coffee

Second breakfast: 2 eggs, spinach, coffee

Lunch: Fish, vinaigrette, coffee

Fifth day

Breakfast: Grapefruit, 2 eggs, black coffee

Second breakfast: 2 eggs, spinach, coffee

Lunch: Fish, vinaigrette, coffee

Sixth day

Breakfast: Grapefruit, 2 eggs, black coffee

Second breakfast: Fruit Salad

Lunch: Beef, celery, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, coffee

Seventh day

Breakfast: Grapefruit, 2 eggs, black coffee

The second breakfast: Grapefruit, chicken, tomato

Lunch: Chicken, tomato, carrot, cabbage, coffee

This is a fairly rigid diet on which you can lose up to 10 kg.
3-4 weeks. Coffee is always better to replace tea or herbs.
