Oatmeal Cupcake with Prunes

Oats are one of the most beneficial cereals for our health. is he
regulates fat metabolism, eliminates toxins and reduces the level
blood sugar Muesli, oatmeal porridge, oatmeal bread.
This is not a complete list of very tasty and healthy
dishes from oats.

Today I decided to cook a new dish:

– whole oatmeal – one glass – oatmeal, ground
in the coffee grinder – one glass – boiling water – half a cup – kefir –
half a cup – sweetener – to taste – chicken egg – 2 pcs. –
sunflower oil – 5 gr. – baking powder – 2 tsp. – salt – pinch
– prunes – ~ 80 gr.

Recipe

Oatmeal 115 gr. pour 1/2 cup boiling water, the second half
grind oatmeal (115 gr.) in a blender or coffee grinder and mix with
kefir, then combine both parts, add eggs, baking powder and
sugar substitute (pre-diluted in a small amount
boiling water), mix well. Add prunes, gently
mix. Put the resulting mass on a baking sheet, greased
vegetable oil. Bake 50-60 minutes until tender.
