Winter in the expanses of Russia – the most diverse time. Perhaps,
only here you can find both body icy frosts and impenetrable
wall of snowfall, and freezing rain, and rainy snow. Everyone will find
weather for the soul, except for those who, in principle, does not like this time of year.
Scientists have found that a short daylight day has a depressing effect on
human psyche.
The less light, the more people are pulling back into hibernation. In
during winter, the days are much shorter than summer, and with frequent cloudiness
the decline in activity of Russians at this time of year is a common phenomenon. But
winter is the rule: cloudy weather means higher
temperature outside the window. Sometimes in December and January it warms up so much
that it is not snow that falls from the sky, but rain. After it snows and
puddles dry out, the streets of the city look like they are washed. The main thing,
so that the frost does not hit while the asphalt is still wet – otherwise it
turns into a free and very dangerous skating rink.
Do Russians like the winter, and what kind of situation outside their window
happy? These questions were asked to give answers portal survey
�”Women’s opinion”.
�“I love Pushkin weather! Frost and the sun – a wonderful day … “So
considers 51% of women surveyed. They do not like slush and snow, even
if the temperature rises on such days. 24.9% have chosen wind, snow
and warm weather. For respondents in this group, the most important thing is that with
snowfall frosts recede. It’s cold in winter and so
some “relaxation” is always the way. 4.8% generally prefer
a thaw with rain reminding that sooner or later
Spring.
Well, every fifth respondent (19.3%) is not happy with any winter
weather. Shivering and wrapping in warm clothes, they are looking forward to
the onset of spring.
2490 people from 147 cities of Russia took part in the survey.
