Information portal “Women’s opinion” decided to find out the attitude
Russian women to the attractive representatives of the strong half
humanity, asking them: a handsome man for a woman is
joy or punishment?
As shown by the answers of participants in our survey, most of them
(51.1%) still consider a handsome man rather a headache for
women, by virtue of the fact that constantly are willing to steal it.
However, a rather large percentage of women (48.9%) consider beautiful
a man a reason for joy and pride, as well as a reason for
envy of others.
As you can see, the survey participants were divided into two almost equal
groups that have a diametrically opposite view of the affected
topic. Women who have a negative opinion about
handsome men as a life partner, brought different
arguments.
For example, one of the survey participants believes that a handsome man
can only bring a woman extra problems and uncertainty in
fidelity of the satellite. As she noted, “… it’s better if both are
beautiful … both externally and internally. “
Another respondent said that being beautiful and attracting to
attention should certainly be a woman. But the matter is not at all
in mental torments about the possible betrayal of a partner who has
beautiful appearance, but in the way the woman herself refers to herself.
If she is not initially sure of her feminine appeal,
then even if there is a less handsome man with her, she will be everything
time to think that he will be “taken away”, and this is likely to end
the fact that he really starts to change her.
Their arguments and supporters of male beauty. For example,
“a handsome man means beautiful offspring.” One of
survey participants said that “the richer the man, the more beautiful.”
However, this attitude to male beauty is rather
the exception.
These were the results of a survey on male beauty, in which
1839 women aged 20-38 years old living in 119
cities of Russia.
