– 3 tbsp. olive oil – 6 cloves of garlic – 500 g pumpkin –
300 g of Brussels sprouts – 2 large sweet apples – 2 tomatoes
– 1 tsp. dry rosemary – 250 g champignons – 4 tbsp. grated
cheese
Recipe
Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into large pieces.
Each cabbage cabbage cut in half. Sliced tomatoes

slices. Wash the mushrooms, dry them with paper towels and
