Women’s opinion: Russians are storing up negative in themselves andbreak evil on others

Unfortunately, stress is an integral part of the life of any
modern man. Conflicts at work, family turmoil,
misunderstanding with children, illness, driving cars and much more – with
we face all this every day. If you are ordinary
man, not a robot, every day you meet with a huge
the amount of stress of different kinds, to put it differently, your
the body reacts to something that annoys, scares, or threatens
you. The 20th century was not for nothing called the century of stress. How to fight
with the stress of women in Russia – I decided to find out the portal “Women’s
opinion”. The results are grieving.

It turned out that the majority of women surveyed (32.9%) choose
the most dangerous and unproductive way. All their troubles they
prefer … to silently save in themselves. In this case, explaining your choice,
they realize that stress has the ability to accumulate and can
lead to irreparable health effects.

22.1% of respondents consider it the best way to relieve tension

nicotine and extreme.

The findings are extremely disappointing. Modern realities of life are
that stress is the main disease of our contemporaries. Is it possible
live without stress? Science unambiguously answers this question: “No.

it is very important to respond to stressful situations and
learn to relieve stress: laugh more, relax,
chat with friends and let go of negative thoughts, engage
sports and creative work. And most importantly – do not keep negative

2240 people from 156 cities of Russia took part in the survey;
