The main problem of the Russian segment of online stores has become
software imperfection. The first lucky ones
who made their orders, really got home appliances,
electronics, household items and cosmetics
favorable prices. But the stock counters are not
reset and, therefore, other buyers were introduced to
delusion. Well, if the online market had a postpaid system
delivery of orders, but with prepaid and not received goods
many online retailers have yet to figure out for
few weeks. Many active users known online
discounters were outraged by the offers of those to pay the usual
price to redeem your orders.

The second trouble was waiting for those who wish not to push in lines
also due to flaws in the responsibility of the owners
hosting online stores. It turned out many were not designed for
such an influx of visitors. Protective systems did not cope and
perceived tens of thousands of calls to a network resource, as
virus attack. In some cases, they blocked users
and in others – they brought down the sites of shops. Even the largest
interner retailer Ozon.ru found more critics than
satisfied customers. Only about three thousand items were
discounts are offered, but they are not for gadgets and new electronics
exceeded 20%, which is surprising, there were names that
in general were more expensive than the similar ones in the Svyaznoy online store. TO
